We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers. Postage is currently a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders up to $150. Orders over $150 are posted free. We will be offering free local pickup/delivery to the Limestone Coast Region.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Little Dottie is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Little Dottie will only accept payment for the Products via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, ZipPay and AfterPay.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
Little Dottie ships worldwide. International customers will be charged a shipping fee starting from $25.00. Please note that if your order contains bulky items or multiple items that reach a heavy weight - you may be contacted for a further shipping payment.
Products shipped from Little Dottie will be via Australia Post E-Parcel, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order unless placed during a busy period or sale.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days.
Australia Post E-Parcel does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.
LOCAL DELIVERY - MOUNT GAMBIER ONLY
We are offering local delivery to Mount Gambier with a 10km radius - this will be actioned daily with a $5 delivery fee. We thought offering this service will help our customers during these challenging times of constant isolation/quarantine. Delivery will be completely contactless to keep ourselves and our customers safe, orders will be left at the door or where we think will be the safest. You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery and also once it has been delivered.
LOCAL CLICK & COLLECT - MOUNT GAMBIER ONLY
We are offering Click & Collect at our Mount Gambier Store. We are located at 52 Commercial Street East, Mount Gambier, SA 5290. You will be notified once your order is ready for pick-up and another once your order has been collected. You can either collect your order from in-store or via our drive-thru click & collect located at the rear of our store. Simply, press the buzzer to notify us that you're here and we will meet you at the sliding door. Please note that our drive-thru click & collect is open from 9am-5pm weekdays only.
Due to such high demand, we often put some of our products on pre-order. This allows our customers to secure the products during this difficult time. Please note that if you order contains a pre-ordered item - your entire order will be held until all is in stock. If you require your items prior to the pre-ordered item, we would suggest you place two separate orders. If you have already placed your order and require the other items sent prior, you will be required an extra shipping fee.
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via Australia Post.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Little Dottie may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you if this occurs.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
We allow cancellations of orders, if your order is yet to be fulfilled (please note, tracking may take up to two business days to appear). If you chose to cancel your order, a store credit will be proceed - we strictly will not refund your order for any reason. Please ensure all details in your order are correct before checkout. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
